Whether you paid for this software or not, this software is licensed to you. You are NOT obtaining title to the software or any copyrights. You may not  sub-license, rent, lease, sell, trade or convey, the software for any  purpose without written permission from Strawberry Stitch Co. You may  make as many copies of design files as you need for back up purposes.  Making copies of video files are strictly prohibited, including screen  captures.
STRAWBERRY STITCH CO. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATING  TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT  LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A  PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY AND  SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED. THE PERSON USING THE SOFTWARE  BEARS ALL RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE. SOME  STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF THE LIMIT OF LIABILITY FOR  CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT  APPLY TO YOU.
THE AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE  OF MISSOURI AND SHALL INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF STRAWBERRY STITCH CO AND  ANY SUCCESSORS, ADMINISTRATORS, HEIRS, AND ASSIGNS. ANY ACTION OR  PROCEEDING BROUGHT BY EITHER PARTY AGAINST THE OTHER ARISING OUT OF OR  RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN A STATE OR FEDERAL  COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION LOCATED IN ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI.  THE PARTIES HEREBY CONSENT TO IN PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF SAID COURTS.

Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Ginko Designs by Strawberry Stitch Co. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S.  territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US  Virgin Islands. Additionally, Ginko Designs by Strawberry Stitch Co. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international  locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on  this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the  shipping carrier.
 

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when  the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the  responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to  country. Contact your local customs office for details.

 Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility  to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which  you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Ginko Designs by Strawberry Stitch Co. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential  damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Ginko Designs by Strawberry Stitch Co. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the  applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is  being shipped.
 

Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Ginko Designs by Strawberry Stitch Co. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Ginko Designs by Strawberry Stitch Co. makes every attempt to ensure 100% satisfaction of your purchase, all download sales are considered final.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to know the system and  compatibility requirements of the electronic download being ordered.
Videos or electronic design downloads ordered on Ginko Designs by Strawberry Stitch Co. are not returnable. If a customer wished to return a download product  after the product has been ordered, but not yet downloaded, immediately  contact CustomerCare@StrawberryStitch.com or call (314) 991-0707 to make such a request. Ginko Designs by Strawberry Stitch Co. has sole decision making power over whether a purchase has been downloaded or not.
